9 Best Easy to Clean Juicer That Fit Right in Your Busy Life!

    1. Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer

    Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer

When it comes to breaking entry-level barriers for juicers, the Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer stays at the top. Even though it’s true that you get what you pay for, this juicer breaks out of that habit.

In terms of juicing up leafy greens, the 80 RPM juicer will produce rich and flavorful extracts. It’s the perfect juicer for anyone who’s new to juicing. And considering the affordable price tag, it’s a champ in a price-conscious buyer’s book.

Being an entry-level model, it’ll come with its disadvantages. It’s not that good at juicing up soft fruits and vegetables. But still, it gets the job done. However, it’s at the top of the list for a different reason.

It’s the cleaning process. With a true effortless cleaning process, the overall user experience of this slow juicer is excellent. Instead of several nooks and crannies, you get a smooth interior that rinses out the pulps in no time.

Even though they include a standard cleaning brush, you don’t need to use it that often. Nevertheless, it’s better to clean out the edges every once in a while with the brush.

    Pros

    • Efficient motor extracts juice silently(60dB)
    • Dishwasher safe and no hard to clean parts
    • Compact design lets you fit anywhere
    • Minimal oxidation and foaming

    Cons

    • Could’ve used a wider chute feed

    2. Omega NC900HDC Juicer Extractor and Nutrition System

Omega NC900HDC Juicer Extractor and Nutrition System

Not really looking for an affordable option? Well, that’s why I’ve got the Omega NC900HDC for you. This is what you bring in when you want to level up your juicing game.

Similar to other high-performing juicers, it comes with a dual-stage juice extraction process. First, it crushes the fruits and vegetables. Then, it presses the pulps against a screen to squeeze out all of the juice.

But they call it a nutrition system for a reason. Other than fruits and vegetables, you could use it to make baby food, pasta, bread dough, soy milk, etc.

Now let’s talk about the reason you’re here. How easy is it to clean?

Being a slow juicer, the Omega NC900HDC won’t let you put most parts in the dishwasher. However, disassembling the device is rather easy. And thanks to having minimal edges, it’s not hard to clean with a brush.

Although a lot of people grow a habit of not cleaning their juicers instantly. I understand that your juicer has a simple cleaning process. But if you let those pulp dry for a while, I guarantee you the cleaning isn’t going to be what you expect.

That being said, the Omega NC900HDC Juicer Extractor and Nutrition System is undoubtedly a powerful masticating juicer with unsurpassable versatility. On top of that, a simple cleaning process makes it even better for regular usage.

    Pros

    • Comes with a dual extraction process for maximum juice yield
    • BPA-free safe parts
    • Multifunctional usage
    • Simple cleaning process

    Cons

    • Somewhat space-consuming and bulky

    3. Hamilton Beach Premium Juicer Machine(67850)

    Hamilton Beach Premium Juicer Machine(67850)

Enough with the expensive juicer, let’s talk about a juicer for the average Joe. The Hamilton Beach Premium Juicer Machine is a top-notch juicer if you can stomach in a few of its disadvantages.

Like every other Hamilton Beach juicer and blender, it comes with a BPA-free container and a sweep cleaning tool which I’ll talk about in a bit.

But what amazed me most was the wide chute feed. With affordable juicers, manufacturers tend to pack in a smaller chute feed. First, it makes the juicing process significantly slower. And second, cleaning the machine becomes a lot harder.

Now, let’s start with the disadvantages. The most significant one is it oxidizes the juice. Although you might’ve seen this coming as it’s a centrifugal juicer.

The second one is juice quality. It’s a no brainer that it won’t be as good as the juice a slow juicer like the Omega NC900HDC produces. But you also get lower shelf life.

Although it excels at cleaning. Thanks to being a centrifugal juicer, you can put everything except the motor in the dishwasher. Even if you don’t have one, it’ll hardly take 5 minutes to get the cleaning done. On top of that, it comes with a top-graded cleaning tool that makes cleaning even easier.

    Pros

    • Wide chute feed makes cleaning a lot easier
    • Comes with an easy sweeping tool
    • Simple disassembling process
    • Affordable price tag

    Cons

    • The shelf life of the juice is only 24 hours

    4. AMZCHEF Professional Cold Press Juicer

    AMZCHEF Professional Cold Press Juicer

Apart from oxidized juice, centrifugal juicers can be tremendously loud. Thankfully, that’s not something you’d have to face with the AMZCHEF Professional Cold Press Juicer.

With a 150W efficient motor slowly spinning at 60dB, the noise isn’t even that noticeable. The 7 spiral advanced auger turns with all its glory and squeezes out the freshest juice you could ask for. Without wasting any of the nutrients, you get all the benefits.

On top of that, there’s little to no oxidation thanks to being a slow masticating juicer. This leads to having a better shelf life of the juice. Although it’s better if you instantly drink the juice.

All there’s left is the cleaning process. The good news is, cleaning this juicer is a piece of cake because of the compact design. Even though you have to take apart all the parts, it all falls back into place in no time.

That being said, there’s no doubt this juicer was made for home kitchens. Give it a little care and it’ll last for a long time. But do keep an eye out for overworking.

    Pros

    • So silent(60dB) that even babies sleep through it
    • Protection chip prevents it from overworking
    • Sturdy construction
    • Easy to clean parts

    Cons

    • Juicing yield is a bit less than advertised

    5. Hamilton Beach Pro Juicer Machine(67608A)

    Hamilton Beach Pro Juicer Machine(67608A)

Hamilton Beach has a knack for coming up with affordable yet durable and sleek-looking products. The Hamilton Beach Pro Juicer Machine(67608A) is another fine example of that.

The Big Mouth Pro Juice Extractor lets you prepare healthy and nutritious drinks in a matter of seconds. With an 800W motor by your side, speed and efficiency is never going to be a problem.

However, the oxidation level increases when you crank up the speed. In comparison to other cold pressing juicers, the shelf life is nothing to be proud of.

Nevertheless, it’s a superb juicer when you want reliability, a quick solution, and most importantly, an easy cleanup session. Thanks to having a centrifugal system, most parts can go in the dishwasher.

Although you do have to manually clean parts like the filter basket and such. But that’s a breeze thanks to the first-grade cleaning tool they include.

Overall, the Hamilton Beach 67608A is a splendid entry-level juicer. But there’s no denying that some people would be bothered by the loud noise it makes. Other than that, it’s a smart choice compared to the price you’re paying.

    Pros

    • Comes with a 3-inch wide chute similar to higher-priced models
    • Great for juicing soft fruits and vegetables
    • Most parts are dishwasher safe

    Cons

    • A bit noisy

    6. Jocuu Slow Masticating Juicer Extractor

    Jocuu Slow Masticating Juicer Extractor

When it comes to squeezing out all the nutrients, slow masticating juicers do one heck of a job. But there’s no denying that these juicers eat up a lot of time and effort even though the result they produce is healthy.

In such cases, the Jocuu Slow Masticating Juicer is there to save you a couple of minutes. With 2 different settings called, soft(50-60 RPM) and hard(100-110 RPM), you could use the right one at the right moment.

The hard mode comes in handy when you’re juicing up harder fruits like carrots and apples. Even with a faster RPM, you benefit from low oxidation.

While they call it the hard mode, compared to a centrifugal juicer, it’s nothing significant. And making it too fast would defeat the purpose of making a slow masticating juicer.

Other than that, I’m not a fan of the chute feed. You have to cut the fruits and vegetables into smaller bits as it’s smaller than usual.

I know it has its disadvantages. But there’s a reason why it’s in this list of juicers; it’s easy to clean. Disassembling the parts is as easy as it gets and the rest is up to you.

Whether you want to clean it in the dishwasher or manually with the cleaning tool, either way, it’ll be done in a jiff.

    Pros

    • Smart and convenient design
    • Comes with 2 different speed controls
    • One-click disassembly makes cleaning a lot easier

    Cons

    • The chute feed is rather small

    7. CalmDo Masticating Juicer

    CalmDo Masticating Juicer

Modern design and robust build quality, two terms that do justice to the CalmDo Masticating Juicer. This sturdy masticating juicer comes with an ultra-quiet 140W energy-saving motor that can give you nutritious drinks in a matter of seconds.

The most unique part about this juicer is the ceramic auger it comes with. Instead of a plastic auger, they’ve equipped it with a high-quality ceramic auger that squeezes out of the juice more efficiently. And if you already didn’t know, ceramic as a kitchen appliance material is one of the most durable and sturdy materials available.

However, there’s a reason why a lot of manufacturers don’t go for ceramic. First, it cranks up the price, and second, it’s a lot heavier than plastic.

Other than that, the juicer is easy to clean. The reverse function does come in handy to prevent jammings. But the juicing screens have a lot of edges which makes manual cleaning a bit more time-consuming.

Overall, it’s a good deal considering the entry-level price tag. But it could’ve been better with features like speed controls and improved juicing screens.

    Pros

    • Sturdy design with suction cups at the bottom
    • Comes with a ceramic auger
    • Interactive reverse button

    Cons

    • The lighter color makes it prone to stains

    8. TEC Slow Masticating Juicer

    TEC Slow Masticating Juicer

To tell you the truth, none of the models I’ve reviewed till now is truly compact. I wouldn’t ever pack one of these in my luggage. But that changes with the TEC Slow Masticating Juicer.

This compact piece of juicer is ideal for people who are always on the go. Whether you’re resting in your bed on a weekend or you’re camping, the TEC Slower Juicer will come to your rescue.

Even though it’s compact in size, the motor isn’t. It’s equipped with a powerful 200W motor that spins the auger at 40 RPM. You’ve already seen other bigger juicers with less powerful motors with more RPM. So, what’s the case here?

To get the best out of a slow rotating auger, you need a powerful motor. When you think about it, the math here makes complete sense.

TEC made things even better by including a free strainer in the package. And of course, you get a top-notch cleaning tool.

With a simple locking mechanism, it’s rather easy to clean the juicer. Most importantly, the strainer itself has a simple design that doesn’t hold on to pulps, making the overall experience better.

    Pros

    • 200W motor makes the pulps as dry as possible with 40 RPM
    • Includes an additional strainer in the package
    • Sturdy stainless steel construction

    Cons

    • A compact design resulted in a smaller chute feed

    9. ZEUS Centrifugal Juicer Machines

    ZEUS Centrifugal Juicer Machines

German engineering is famous all around the world for its extreme precision and durability. But German products don’t come at affordable rates. Well, the ZEUS Centrifugal Juicer Machines is an exception.

Thanks to its 163 titanium-reinforced blades, pulverizing fruits and vegetables in a matter of seconds is no big deal to this powerful machine.

When you think economically, this centrifugal juicer offers a deal that’s up for grab. Although keep in mind that you’re sacrificing things like long-term durability and quiet operation.

And the cleaning process is like every other centrifugal juicer out there. But if you’ve got your wallet by your side, there are a lot of better juicers above. Unless you’re desperate and need a quick solution, there’s no reason to go for this.

    Pros

    • Simple operation
    • Easy to clean
    • Titanium-reinforced blades

    Cons

    • The suction cups don’t come off easily

How to Choose the Best Easy to Clean Juicer?

I won’t be talking about what kind of motor you need to choose or how many years of warranty the juicer provides. If you’ve already specified it down to the point where you’re searching for easy to clean juicers, you know all the basic stuff.

That being said, I’ve come up with 5 different factors that can determine whether a juicer is easy to clean or not. Let’s start-

Want to Use the Dishwasher? Go for Centrifugal Juicers

If you can let a machine do a job, there’s no doubt it’ll be much easier. But not all parts of a juicer are dishwater safe. This applies even more to masticating or slow juicers. In fact, most parts of a slow juicer need to be washed by hand.

Other than the motor base, most parts of a centrifugal dishwasher go hand in hand with dishwashers. In comparison to masticating juicers, centrifugal juicers are a piece of cake to clean.

However, keep in mind that you can’t place the parts too close to the heated parts of the blender. Doing so might lead to the parts cracking or distorting.

Find a Simple Looking Juicing Strainer

What’s the easiest way to figure out whether a juicer is easy to clean or not? Look at the juicing strainer. If you’ve been around slow juicers, you know how exhausting cleaning juicing strainers can be.

So, look closely at the corners where the plastic and metal connect. Those spots have a tendency to collect the pulps. After you’ve had a couple of juicing sessions, those areas are going to be filled with pulp. And the worst part is, there’s no alternative to cleaning them one by one with the cleaning tool.

That being said, it’s better if you can find juicers that have juicing strainers with minimal edges. The math here is simple. The more edges it has, the more time it’ll take to clean.

A Quality Cleaning Tool Is a Must

In the beginning, I’ve already said how centrifugal juicers are a lot easier to clean. But there’s much more to the story.

You can’t wash every single brush in the dishwasher even if they are dishwasher safe. The filter basket is a fine example of such a case.

If you didn’t know the filter basket is involved in the initial processing. There are hundreds of blades that take care of cutting whatever is put into it. But more importantly, you need a separate tool to clean this part.

That’s why most manufacturers include a brush like this. However, not all cleaning tools are easy to use. Even if the filter basket comes with a complicated design, a quality cleaning tool will save the day.

Go for Darker Colors to Avoid Stains

Sure, you can get rid of stains by soaking the parts in a vinegar solution. But many of us actually follow through with that routine? I know I don’t. As a general rule, lighter colors will always show more stains.

It’s not that darker colored parts don’t get stains. They’re simply not visible thanks to being blended with a darker color. On top of that, there’s no way you could soak the motor base in a vinegar solution. So, it’s better to be safe by going for a darker color.

The Wider the Chute Feed the Better

Newer juicers have reverse functions but that doesn’t change the fact that all the food has to go through the chute feed. I guess you can guess how complicated it can get if the chute feed is narrower than necessary.

That said, always look for the widest chute feed. This will make the cleaning process much easier.

Best Easy To Clean Juicer FAQs

Is it hard to clean a juicer?

As a general rule of thumb, centrifugal juicers are easier to clean than masticating juicers. Nowadays brands are designing easy to clean internal parts(filter baskets, strainers) that make cleaning significantly easier.

How do you remove buildup from a juicer?

The easiest method is to make a solution out of salt and warm water. For every quarter of water, mix one tbsp of salt. When the salt is dissolved, submerge the parts of the juicer in the solution until the buildup is soft enough to be removed.

Do I have to clean my juicer after every use?

Answer: Simple rinsing is never enough for a juicer. Unless you disassemble the juicer and clean out the pulp from the strainers, there’s always a chance of it becoming permanent. Once it becomes permanent, it’s much harder to remove.

How do you clean a juicer blade?

There are 2 solutions that can get the job done. One is to prepare a solution with water and lemon(9:1 ratio respectively). The other one is to use baking soda. Both methods require you to soak the juicer screen/strainer for at least 15 minutes before you start scrubbing.

    Closing Thoughts

So, that’s been it. Are you still confused about which one to put your money in?

If it were up to me to choose the best easy to clean juicer, I’d go for the Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer. And if you’re willing to go the extra mile, there’s no comparison to the Omega NC900HDC Juicer.

That being said do you need any further information about any of the juicers here? Comment below and it’ll go straight to the editorial team.
